What You Will Be Doing
- Manage and supervise staff, including conducting performance reviews, organizing training, and handling hiring, discipline, and termination processes.
- Assess system functionality, support operations, and performance in assigned technology areas, offering recommendations to improve processes and optimize technology.
- Oversee, plan, analyze, design, implement, and maintain technology systems, operations, and related projects.
- Handle personnel actions and provide contract oversight in collaboration with the Information Technology Department.
- Plan, coordinate, and support the implementation, modification, or discontinuation of systems and equipment.
- Participate in budget development, administration, and evaluation; monitor expenditures and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Develop and manage technical documentation, policies, proposals, training materials, reports, and presentations for assigned programs or projects.
- Track and report on performance metrics and service levels.
- Perform other related duties as required.
What You Will Need
- Over 5 years of experience in application management or development, including 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Extensive expertise in application development frameworks and tools, such as Agile and DevOps.
- Skilled in programming languages and platforms like Python, .Net, and SQL.
- Demonstrated success in project management, consistently delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on addressing customer and community requirements.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
