What You Will Be Doing

Champion emerging technologies like AI, RPA, and automation to streamline processes and improve outcomes.
Foster a culture of innovation across IT and the wider organization by encouraging adoption of forward-thinking solutions.
Lead the Digital Solutions team in delivering user-centric tools that create a seamless and efficient digital workplace.
Spearhead automation initiatives for onboarding/offboarding, collaboration platforms, SharePoint strategy, document management, intranet, search, and workflow orchestration.
Oversee the management and enhancement of the intranet and enterprise mobile applications.

What You Will Need

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field; Master’s preferred or equivalent experience.
12+ years leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
Hands-on expertise with employee productivity platforms; experience with enterprise Gen AI initiatives is a strong plus.
Proficient in tools such as Microsoft 365, Azure AI, and Slack Enterprise.
Skilled communicator with the ability to present to executive stakeholders and simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
Self-motivated with strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
Proven success in dynamic, fast-paced, and matrixed environments.
Adept at building inclusive, technically advanced teams with a focus on innovation and emerging tech.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and sound in judgment.
Committed to privacy, security best practices, and fostering an inclusive workplace.
Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning capabilities.
