What You Will Be Doing

Developing and scaling foundational backend systems that support AI model training and evaluation, while also designing robust security frameworks for sustained compliance.
Contribute to building annotation tools, assessing LLM performance, optimizing workflows, and maintaining secure, scalable infrastructure.

What You Will Need

Over 5 years of backend development experience focused on high-performance, scalable architectures.
3–5 years of hands-on experience overseeing security and compliance efforts, including SOC 2 and ISO/IEC 27017 standards for cloud security.
Strong passion for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security systems in a dynamic startup environment.
Advanced Python expertise with a deep understanding of systems architecture.
Proven track record in managing cloud security and compliance (SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27017).
Genuine drive to build and own long-term security infrastructure in a fast-paced, evolving company.
