What You Will Be Doing
- Build and maintain a strong technical relationship with customers, aligning the product’s value with their needs, training users, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Develop deep expertise with our platform and business applications to understand customer challenges and requirements.
- Lead efforts to maximize product adoption and ensure customers derive increasing value from its use.
- Provide internal teams with customer insights, use cases, and requirements to inform product and engineering decisions.
What You Will Need
- 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles.
- Must have experience with pre-sales and post-sales.
- Proven experience with complex technical products.
- Skilled in collaborating with customer technical teams (e.g., developers, IT professionals).
- Proficient in coding/scripting, command-line tools, and version control systems.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience engaging with Product and Engineering teams..
