What You Will Be Doing
- Analyze and interpret architectural and construction data (e.g., CAD, Revit, LiDAR, GIS) for platform integration.
- Ensure data is properly structured and meets standards for key deliverables, including 2D/3D layouts, cost visualization, and compliance analysis.
- Convert architectural data into accessible formats for engineering and data teams.
- Work with data engineers, platform architects, and experts to define requirements and resolve data-related issues.
- Serve as a technical bridge between internal teams and external partners, ensuring data accuracy and compatibility.
- Communicate complex architectural concepts to non-technical stakeholders, clarifying data impacts on platform functionality.
- Verify compliance with client standards, design guidelines, and regulatory codes.
- Support platform teams by aligning architectural data with compliance requirements.
- Manage and prepare data for ETL pipelines, facilitating seamless ingestion of spatial and asset metadata.
- Assist with file conversion and metadata tagging for integration into the digital twin framework.
What You Will Need
- Over two years of experience in architecture, construction, or similar industries.
- Proficient in architectural data and formats, including Revit, AutoCAD, CAD drawings, LiDAR scans, and GIS layers.
- Deep knowledge of design principles, architectural processes, and construction documentation.
- Skilled at conveying intricate architectural concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Fundamental understanding of data organization, metadata tagging, and file conversion.
- Strong communicator with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience with digital twin technologies, spatial computing (Unreal, Revit, GIS), or 3D modeling.
- Understanding of large-scale architectural standards.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in architecture and construction.
- Passion for data-driven design and spatial analytics.
