What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope
  • Oversee a mid-sized portfolio of active projects, leading cross-functional teams—including developers, QA testers, and product managers—to maintain clear communication and alignment on priorities
  • Foster a collaborative environment that empowers teams to succeed.
  • Act as the primary client liaison, providing regular updates and addressing concerns or risks related to project delivery
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring teams stay focused and accountable
  • Define and control project scope, managing changes according to established processes while assessing financial and resource impacts.
  • Work closely with the Senior Delivery Manager and Product Manager to align project priorities with business objectives, define MVP scope, and resolve product-related questions.
  • Ensure efficient resource allocation and project definition before execution.
  • Proactively identify risks such as scope creep, technical challenges, or shifting client priorities, developing mitigation strategies to maintain momentum.
  • Collaborate with leadership to estimate resource needs, timelines, and budgets, while monitoring project costs and forecasting future requirements.
  • Ensure the technical team produces high-quality documentation, aligning implementation strategies with architecture and meeting product and client standards.

 

What You Will Need

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams—including engineers, QA specialists, and product managers—to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience facilitating ceremonies and ensuring sprint execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong expertise in risk management, problem-solving, and adapting to evolving project scopes.
  • Experienced in budget management, resource allocation, and forecasting for large-scale projects.
