What You Will Be Doing
- Manage the sales pipeline and achieve targets.
- Establish relationships with local businesses and agencies, serving as a trusted marketing partner by providing insights and relevant guidance to meet shared goals.
- Apply an entrepreneurial approach to solve complex problems with tailored, simplified solutions for each customer.
- Conduct virtual and in-person meetings, showcasing industry expertise and a strong understanding of specific advertising solutions aligned with your customer’s vision and objectives.
- Generate new business independently and in collaboration with the local team, while working with colleagues to expand existing business.
- Oversee the pre and post-sale process, ensuring customer expectations are exceeded and results are delivered.
- Analyze performance reports and use data to make campaign recommendations that drive additional sales.
- Act as a strategic sales leader, creating long-term value while delivering immediate results by setting appropriate goals, guiding decisions, and designing scalable solutions to meet shared objectives.
- Coach, mentor, and train the future sales team on digital product offerings and industry trends to help them excel in selling Full Funnel Solutions.
What You Will Need
- Demonstrated success in meeting digital sales quotas
- Proven experience in selling digital marketing products
- Successful track record in driving new business growth
- In-depth knowledge of digital research tools and methodologies
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- IAB Certification (preferred)
- BA/BS degree
- At least 2 years of experience in digital sales
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
