What You Will Be Doing
- Build and lead a team of leaders and contributors to execute various projects and activities.
- Create and implement a strategic vision for the Data and Analytics function, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and future goals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with Executive and Senior Leadership teams.
- Support executives and business leaders in adopting data-driven thinking and analytical solutions.
- Drive the data and analytics architecture strategy to enhance business and technical capabilities. Oversee the development of the operational data store (ODS), enterprise data warehouse (EDW), and business intelligence tools like MicroStrategy and Power BI.
- Accelerate the team’s ability to develop, implement, and disseminate KPIs, metrics, and outcomes through dashboards and data visualizations.
- Foster a culture of digital agility by providing ongoing training for employees in self-service reporting and data exploration, including workshops on data visualization and analytics tools.
- Develop and manage a sustainable framework to prioritize and execute business intelligence projects, including executive reporting packages and strategic KPI development.
- Ensure accurate and complete data by implementing processes for verification and monitoring.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights via dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Lead the continuous improvement and enforcement of data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance, including data quality monitoring and access control.
- Enhance Executive and Senior Leadership’s understanding of AI/ML
- Hire, mentor, train, and evaluate personnel, addressing issues and holding the team accountable for performance targets and goals.
- Manage the team’s budget and resources efficiently, optimizing technology and personnel use.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or engineering, required
- Minimum of 7 years of related experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory or management role
- Experience in laboratory systems, data analytics, and project management
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization, and big data environment
- Deep expertise in data and analytics tools and platforms, with advanced competency in this area
- Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities
- Capable of performing all assigned responsibilities effectively while maintaining confidentiality
- Collaborative leadership style with strong team development, coaching, and motivational skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex business and financial data to create innovative solutions
- Excellent organizational, communication, and influencing abilities
- Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and a dynamic workload

- Competitive Salary : $160,000 – $200,000 per Hour
