What You Will Be Doing
- Motivate and mentor the Colorado-based team of BDRs and Account Executives to consistently meet revenue targets.
- Manage both individual and team sales quotas, securing new mid-market clients while guiding a team of five to achieve regional objectives.
- Utilize analytics to demonstrate the direct influence of your actions on team performance and the company’s overall success.
- Assess and synthesize technical and business challenges to steer prospects toward the right solutions before involving specialists.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to refine the Go-To-Market strategy, expanding and strengthening client relationships across key verticals.
- Align with enterprise sales, account management, marketing, and R&D to develop compelling offerings and materials that fuel pipeline growth and value creation.
- Independently craft persuasive resources to equip your team with the tools needed to educate the market and showcase company value.
What You Will Need
- 5+ years in SaaS sales, ideally in B2B2C, selling complex platforms to SaaS companies.
- 2+ years managing teams of three or more, with a history of meeting key performance metrics and sales goals.
- A supportive and empathetic leader who prioritizes team growth and success.
- Excel in a fast-paced, competitive yet collaborative sales environment.
- Skilled in frameworks like SPICED, MEDIC, and MEDDPICC to drive team performance.
- Proficient in SFDC, Excel, and tools like Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, and Chorus.ai.
- Balances persistence with professionalism, effectively managing time and responsibilities.
- Capable of driving large-scale initiatives across teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, adept at delivering tailored solutions to partners.
