What You Will Be Doing
- Create and implement a robust sales plan to meet ambitious revenue goals
- Lead and coach a sales team to achieve top performance
- Target, qualify, and secure deals with mid-market and enterprise clients
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Skillfully negotiate and close contracts
- Offer leadership and direction to the sales team
- Work closely with other departments to deliver a smooth customer experience
What You Will Need
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales with a strong success record
- Background in small, fast-growing companies
- Familiarity with selling software tailored for engineering teams
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies for diverse business needs
- Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts while driving new business
- Deep understanding of the sales process and best practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Proven leadership and management abilities
- Experience thriving in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Nice to Have
- Established client relationships that can be utilized to drive business development.
- Demonstrated success in accelerating growth for small, high-growth companies, from Series A to a successful exit.
Why Us
Benefits and Perks:
- Competitive Salary and Equity: $130,000 – $150,000 per Year
