Engineering Leader – Software Development/Mobile (Remote) – 4057

Our client is a $2B IoT industry leader who will build and define the future of efficient AI driven water usage   

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage a team of software engineers and provide technical mentorship, career development, feedback, and coaching
• Provide thoughtful code reviews to your peers that not only increases quality but teaches engineers best practices they can apply in the future
• Partner with other managers to identify, solution and implement improvements to delivery, quality, stability, and scalability initiatives
• Maintain an understanding of all systems within the team’s responsibility and provide consultation to business process owners in the use and modification of system software

What You Will Need

• B.S. in Computer/Software Engineering
• 7+ years of Software management experience
• An understanding of sales, business, and related topics
• Robust hands-on experience with full stack software development in a mobile setting
• The ability to inspire and lead your team to success
• Excellent communication skills  

Nice to Have

• Project/Product management experience
