Engineering Manager (Remote) – 3995 Los Angeles CA
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the team in driving and implementing projects from idea formulation, design, implementation, and testing
- Work together with other leaders to ensure consistency between cross-functional teams
- Perform code reviews and serve as a mentor to team members on engineering best practices
- Ensure direct reports meet their product team’s expectations as well as engineering performance expectations
- Build, coach, mentor and grow a cross functional team of exceptional engineers
What You Will Need
- Experience leading a team of engineers to a quality end-product
- Experience directing technical choices: architecture, performance, supportability
- Experience multitasking independently, with minimal oversight
Nice to Have
- Robust technical experience with software engineering
- Experience presenting valuable insights to senior level management and professional audiences
- Comfortable going hands on when needed
