What You Will Be Doing
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Develop and implement secure, scalable APIs and database structures.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
What You Will Need
- 5+ years in software engineering
- Proficient in React & TypeScript (essential)
- Familiar with backend development in Ruby on Rails or Python (teachable)
- Skilled in creating dynamic, user-friendly interfaces
- Self-sufficient with a product-focused mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, AI, or ML-powered products
- Strong product intuition and adaptability to undefined specifications
- Background in fast-paced startups or complex tech environments
