What You Will Be Doing
- Conduct in-depth use case evaluations and requirement breakdowns using Solution Value Analysis and JTBD frameworks.
- Identify and structure how LLMs can enhance task execution within business processes.
- Partner with subject matter experts to validate JTBDs, assess solution value, and explore automation opportunities.
- Evaluate business requirements against existing and emerging technologies to ensure strategic alignment.
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative analysis to prioritize initiatives and assess value impact.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to product, engineering, and leadership teams for alignment and adoption.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance business workflows and maximize stakeholder value.
- Maintain comprehensive records of analyses, requirements, and business cases to support informed decision-making.
What You Will Need
- 3-5+ years in business analysis, technical consulting, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of data analysis, system architecture, APIs, and software development practices.
- Hands-on experience leveraging LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to prototype and optimize business workflows.
- Strong capability in business modeling, value assessment, and translating business needs into technical strategies.
- Practical application of Jobs-To-Be-Done frameworks and Solution Value Analysis to solve business challenges.
- Skilled in conveying technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, bridging business and engineering teams.
- Proficient with product and project management tools like Figma, Avion, and JIRA.
Nice to Have
- Experience in software development, systems engineering, or technical product management.
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Knowledge of financial modeling and cost-benefit analysis.
