Our client is bringing world-class expertise to the rapidly expanding social media marketplace.

What You Will Be Doing

Write clean, efficient, and scalable code across PHP (back-end) and React (front-end).
Work within our AWS and Postgres-based infrastructure to build and enhance platform capabilities.
Optimize platform performance to support exponential growth in revenue and user base.
Implement best practices for system performance, database optimization, and high-availability solutions.
Provide architectural guidance and contribute to engineering best practices.
Ensure high-quality code delivery through reviews, testing, and collaboration.
Mentor junior engineers, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing.
Transition into a leadership role by managing and scaling our India-based engineering team.
Work closely with product teams to conceptualize, design, and implement new features.
Contribute to feature roadmaps and technical planning.
Improve and maintain existing legacy PHP systems while helping transition to modern tech stacks.
Refactor and modernize codebases for enhanced maintainability and performance.
Optimize deployments, scaling, and infrastructure management using AWS and Postgres.
Enhance system reliability and cost efficiency through cloud best practices.

What You Will Need

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, marketplaces, or tech startups.
Strong track record of closing deals and managing a sales pipeline.
Experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
Ability to develop and optimize sales processes for scale.
Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and sales analytics tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
