What You Will Be Doing

Hands-on coding across our PHP (back-end), React (front-end), AWS, and Postgres-based infrastructure.
Optimize platform performance to handle rapid growth.
Provide architectural guidance, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality code delivery.
Mentor junior engineers and take on leadership responsibilities for our international team.
Work closely with product teams to conceptualize, design, and implement innovative features.
Improve and maintain existing legacy PHP systems while transitioning to modern tech stacks.
Optimize AWS deployments and Postgres scaling for seamless performance.

What You Will Need

5+ years of full-stack development experience in PHP, React, AWS, and Postgres.
Proven experience in scaling a startup from early-stage to enterprise-level.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make autonomous decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working with both legacy and modern tech stacks.
A leadership mindset with the ability to mentor and manage engineers while remaining hands-on.
Experience with high-traffic digital platforms, SaaS, or crypto-related businesses is a plus.
