What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of PR and talent publicity professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Oversee daily workflows to ensure tasks are executed efficiently and on time.
  • Develop and communicate strategic plans aligned with media and business objectives.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide ongoing feedback to support professional growth.
  • Facilitate team meetings and one-on-one check-ins to maintain strategic alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including accurate timekeeping and legal break adherence.
  • Collaborate with the Brand team and coordinate efforts across all offices.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key media contacts through networking initiatives.
  • Develop and implement PR strategies tailored to talent clients’ goals.
  • Oversee the execution of integrated PR campaigns, press tours, and media events.
  • Manage external communication efforts, including media, press, and public relations.
  • Work closely with the UK office and brand team to maximize cross-office collaboration.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, ensuring smooth execution by team members.
  • Drive client satisfaction by building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Track retention metrics and report progress to leadership.
  • Identify and onboard new PR clients, enhancing their market presence through strategic communications.
  • Serve as the primary contact for key talent PR clients, providing high-level counsel and oversight.
  • Manage all talent and PR accounts, stepping in during transitions as needed.
  • Conceptualize and execute PR campaigns that generate meaningful media coverage.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Cultivate strong media relationships to secure high-value placements.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, refining strategies based on data and feedback.
  • Provide regular reports to clients, the Head of Operations, and the CEO.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to inform PR initiatives.

 

What You Will Need

  • 4+ years of entertainment PR experience, ideally in an agency setting, with a strong history of managing client accounts
  • Experience leading at least two direct reports, with proven leadership and strategic planning abilities
  • Expertise in developing and executing campaigns, setting objectives, and achieving results.
  • Deep understanding of media, including digital and social platforms
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines
  • Proactive, energetic, and adept at media relations across diverse industries
  • Well-connected with celebrities, VIPs, influencers, and industry professionals
