What You Will Be Doing

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to gather and translate requirements into technical specifications.
Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable backend systems using Python, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Develop interactive and responsive user interfaces using React, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing experience for users.
Implement RESTful APIs and integrate front-end components with backend services to create cohesive and performant applications.
Contribute to architectural decisions and design discussions, considering factors such as scalability, security, and maintainability.
Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability, and participate in code reviews with a focus on constructive feedback.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the stack, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in production environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Full Stack/Backend Engineer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your Python and React expertise.
Proficiency in Python programming language and related frameworks (Django, Flask, etc.).
Strong proficiency in React.js and modern front-end development techniques.
Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
Familiarity with database systems, both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
Solid understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a bonus.
