What You Will Be Doing

Manage the Firmware, Hardware, Mechanical and Tech Lead teams including 3 Managers
Manage the integrated contractors and the agency contractors
Drive the development of new products, from initial concept to final product launch, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to ensure that all product requirements are met and that products are successfully launched in the market
Manage the development of on-device products, including hardware design, software development, and system integration

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred
10+ years of experience in on-device engineering, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
Strong technical knowledge of software development, hardware integration, and system architecture design
Proven track record of delivering successful on-device products on time and within budget.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong experience with Embedded systems and has worked with high-volume, complex electronics
Able to define where company direction is going and plan the road map experience creating and defining strategic initiatives, not just executing

Experience with LoRa WAN, Bluetooth, connected devices and over the air devices, electronics that operate in harsh conditions and long-range wireless devices
