What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the design vision and strategy for our financial products, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs in the finance industry
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and translate them into design concepts and specifications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and market analysis to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement
- Create high-quality user interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications that effectively communicate the product vision and user flows
- Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the best design practices throughout the product development lifecycle
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, maintaining a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations in the finance sector
- Drive the evolution of our design system and maintain design documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across products
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Principal-level Product Designer, with a strong focus on designing finance-related products or platforms
- Deep understanding of finance concepts, financial products, and the needs of users in the finance industry
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Framer
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise, including user-centered design solutions and successful product outcomes
- Solid knowledge of user research techniques, usability principles, and design thinking methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders
- Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating closely with engineering teams
- Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and balance business goals with user needs
- Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the finance industry

- Competitive Salary : $190,000 – $200,000 per Year
