What You Will Be Doing

Work with New Product Development teams to conduct regular customer reviews, gathering insights on current and future needs and technology roadmaps.
Prepare and approve execution documents, including protocols, IQ/OQ, validation reports, and technology transfer records.
Collaborate with customers to understand their processes and product requirements, providing suitable solutions.
Serve as a key liaison for product and technology transfers from development to manufacturing.
Contribute to New Product Development initiatives.
Conduct process and equipment evaluations (FMEA, etc.) to identify risks and weaknesses.
Ensure resolution of technical challenges during technology transfer, corrective actions, and engineering change orders.

What You Will Need

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and SolidWorks.
Strong technical acumen and innovative mindset.
Ability to collaborate across departments, including Quality, Manufacturing Process Engineering, and New Product Development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with expertise in analyzing, summarizing, and presenting complex data to technical teams.
Experience in electro-mechanical and pneumatic process design is a plus.
Knowledge of PLC and HMI programming is advantageous.
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
