Our client is a leader in medical manufacturing solutions.
What You Will Be Doing
- Work with New Product Development teams to conduct regular customer reviews, gathering insights on current and future needs and technology roadmaps.
- Prepare and approve execution documents, including protocols, IQ/OQ, validation reports, and technology transfer records.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their processes and product requirements, providing suitable solutions.
- Serve as a key liaison for product and technology transfers from development to manufacturing.
- Contribute to New Product Development initiatives.
- Conduct process and equipment evaluations (FMEA, etc.) to identify risks and weaknesses.
- Ensure resolution of technical challenges during technology transfer, corrective actions, and engineering change orders.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and SolidWorks.
- Strong technical acumen and innovative mindset.
- Ability to collaborate across departments, including Quality, Manufacturing Process Engineering, and New Product Development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with expertise in analyzing, summarizing, and presenting complex data to technical teams.
- Experience in electro-mechanical and pneumatic process design is a plus.
- Knowledge of PLC and HMI programming is advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
