What You Will Be Doing

  • Work with New Product Development teams to conduct regular customer reviews, gathering insights on current and future needs and technology roadmaps.
  • Prepare and approve execution documents, including protocols, IQ/OQ, validation reports, and technology transfer records.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their processes and product requirements, providing suitable solutions.
  • Serve as a key liaison for product and technology transfers from development to manufacturing.
  • Contribute to New Product Development initiatives.
  • Conduct process and equipment evaluations (FMEA, etc.) to identify risks and weaknesses.
  • Ensure resolution of technical challenges during technology transfer, corrective actions, and engineering change orders.

 

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and SolidWorks.
  • Strong technical acumen and innovative mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments, including Quality, Manufacturing Process Engineering, and New Product Development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with expertise in analyzing, summarizing, and presenting complex data to technical teams.
  • Experience in electro-mechanical and pneumatic process design is a plus.
  • Knowledge of PLC and HMI programming is advantageous.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
