Our client is a $2B IoT industry leader who will build and define the future of efficient AI driven water usage. 

 

What You Will Be Doing

  • Enhance safety measures on extrusion lines and optimize processes for extruded product manufacturing.
  • Improve pre- and post-extrusion workflows to boost efficiency, yield, and productivity.
  • Troubleshoot extrusion processes and tooling, define maintenance needs, and provide ongoing engineering support.
  • Contribute to new product development and address quality concerns effectively.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, and Design of Experiments methodologies to drive process improvements.
  • Implement corrective actions in projects and daily operations.
  • Propose and justify innovative design changes to reduce costs through material alternatives, process redesign, and labor efficiency.
  • Maintain flexibility for travel and adaptable scheduling as needed.

 

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Over 12 years of leadership experience in building, mentoring, and managing high-performing teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of employee productivity tools, with a strong advantage for experience in Enterprise Generative AI implementations or use cases.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft applications, Azure AI, and Slack Enterprise.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts and innovative ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives.
  • Proactive and accountable self-starter with experience in fast-paced, high-growth, matrixed organizations.
  • Proven success in creating diverse teams and staying ahead of emerging IT trends and technologies.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills, with meticulous attention to detail and sound judgment.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to privacy, security compliance, and fostering an inclusive, diverse workplace.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to challenges.
