Our client is a $2B IoT industry leader who will build and define the future of efficient AI driven water usage.

What You Will Be Doing

Define and communicate feature priorities and release strategies by managing the backlog in alignment with growth objectives.
Collaborate with architects, UI/UX specialists, tech leads, and QA to evaluate optimal design and implementation approaches.
Work closely with the product manager, scrum master, and project manager to ensure timely delivery of high-priority items and execution of release plans.
Enhance customer satisfaction by leading quality initiatives and partnering with Global Tech Support to track and act on field feedback based on impact and recurrence.
Foster continuous improvement with the scrum master and Agile team to ensure ceremonies drive meaningful development progress.

What You Will Need

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, data science, or a related tech field.
3+ years of experience in software teams as a product owner, scrum master, or similar role.
Over 3 years of proven success in Agile environments building enterprise B2B solutions.
Strong analytical mindset with a data-centric approach to decision-making and project execution.
Driven by innovation and committed to delivering customer value through technology.
Proficient in leveraging business and collaboration tools to champion market-aligned priorities.

Hands-on experience with the SAFe framework and/or certified as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
Skilled in driving transformation and challenging legacy processes within established organizations.
Proficient in breaking down features using Atlassian development tools.
Graduate-level education in business, marketing, or technology.
