What You Will Be Doing
- Generate leads from inbound marketing efforts.
- Proactively seek new opportunities through outbound prospecting.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, supporting their onboarding and growth.
- Oversee your sales pipeline to consistently achieve or surpass targets.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to drive customer expansion.
- Partner with Product and R&D teams to incorporate customer feedback.
What You Will Need
- 5-6 years in client-facing positions.
- Background in SaaS B2B environments, specifically with DevOps tools.
- Proven experience with complex technical solutions.
- Pre-sale and post-sales experience
- Skilled in collaborating with technical stakeholders, such as developers and IT teams.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with engaging Product and Engineering teams.
