What You Will Be Doing

  • Generate leads from inbound marketing efforts.
  • Proactively seek new opportunities through outbound prospecting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, supporting their onboarding and growth.
  • Oversee your sales pipeline to consistently achieve or surpass targets.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to drive customer expansion.
  • Partner with Product and R&D teams to incorporate customer feedback.

 

What You Will Need

  • 5-6 years in client-facing positions.
  • Background in SaaS B2B environments, specifically with DevOps tools.
  • Proven experience with complex technical solutions.
  • Pre-sale and post-sales experience
  • Skilled in collaborating with technical stakeholders, such as developers and IT teams.
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Familiarity with engaging Product and Engineering teams.
