What You Will Be Doing

  • Engage and qualify inbound leads, delivering timely and relevant information to interested prospects
  • Educate and nurture prospects, transitioning them to the sales team when appropriate
  • Build and manage target account lists, focusing on key decision-makers
  • Conduct outbound calls to leads sourced externally
  • Research and analyze business needs to identify decision-makers and initiate the sales process
  • Develop profiles of strategic accounts, uncovering needs and proposing tailored solutions
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team once leads are deemed qualified
  • Cultivate early-stage leads through education and engagement until sales-ready
  • Promote and drive attendance to webinars, events, and conferences, securing follow-up meetings
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies
  • Maintain accurate CRM records to support sales pipeline progression and reporting

 

What You Will Need

  • 1+ years of proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a history of surpassing targets
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
  • Results-driven, goal-oriented, inquisitive, and committed to high performance
  • Thrives in a dynamic, high-energy environment
