Senior AI/ML Research Engineer – 4317

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead the exploration and implementation of state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms for advanced audio processing and speech recognition
• Stay up-to-date on the most recent industry advancements to ensure our work is cutting-edge
• Develop and enhance deep learning models for speech recognition, utilizing comprehensive and diverse datasets to construct systems that excel in various conditions and applications
• Design models tailored for real-time speech-to-text (STT) applications, with a focus on reducing latency while enhancing accuracy and reliability in different operational settings
• Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to smoothly integrate AI/ML technologies into products, aligning with technical requirements and customer needs

What You Will Need

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, focusing on machine learning, artificial intelligence, or audio signal processing.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML research and development, with a track record of impactful projects in the audio/voice domain
• Proficiency in machine learning and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch is essential
• A strong background in signal processing and a deep understanding of speech recognition technologies are required
• Skilled in real-time data processing and streaming technologies, with advanced programming abilities in Python and C++
• Experience with model optimization and deployment libraries such as OpenVINO, TensorRT, and ONNX Runtime is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
• Candidates should demonstrate innovative and analytical thinking, with a proven ability to address complex technical challenges
