A global automotive manufacturer’s Supply Chain Innovation a passionate and highly motivated Senior Data Analyst. The primary responsibilities of this role are to support, design, and co-create multiple projects within the supply and fulfillment transformation program to modernize their supply & fulfillment operations and work to proactively identify areas of opportunity to support their customers and stakeholders better.
The person in this prominent role will support the Supply Chain & Fulfillment Transformation team’s objective to enable data-driven decision-making in our journey towards creating mobility for all.
What You Will Be Doing
- Contribute to the advancement and implementation of various digital transformation initiatives aimed at revolutionizing existing supply and fulfillment operations.
- Utilize a combination of business insight and data analytics to guarantee that these projects yield significant value for customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure that products align seamlessly with the overall enterprise strategy.
- Assist operational team members in recognizing opportunities for vehicle products and configurations based on market and supply conditions.
- Harness innovative technologies to enhance analytical capabilities supporting operational excellence.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) or equivalent relevant experience, specializing in Analytics, Strategy, and Project Management with a focus on three years of experience.
- Demonstrates intermediate proficiency in Python and SQL, with a minimum of two years in each.
- Exhibits intermediate expertise in utilizing Business Intelligence Tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, or others.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proven track record of utilizing technology to automate and enhance business processes.
- Exceptional skills in analytics, presentation, interpersonal interactions, and organizational capabilities.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and detail-driven environment.
- Experienced in using business intelligence tools to effectively analyze large datasets and communicate necessary actions and results.
Nice to Have
- Demonstrates advanced proficiency in utilizing SQL and Python.
- Brings extensive experience in Supply Chain Management.
- Holds an MBA or Master’s Degree.
- Possesses a comprehensive understanding of the automotive industry and its associated business challenges.
