Senior Java Software Engineer – 4063 Santa Ana CA
Our client is a leader in security services space with an international presence and multi-billion-dollar revenue. They are building out a new team for a green field project whose software will impact 250k+ lives yearly.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the creation of complex and functional architecture and design
- Develop and implement technical, reusable, and scalable solutions
- Produce design documents, code, unit/functional tests, in addition to improvements, adjustments, and amendments to existing code
- Continually advocate for advancements in workflow and procedure
What You Will Need
- 5+ years of experience with Information Systems or Data Science
- Robust designing and coding skills
- Strong experience with Git and Jira
- Working experience with REST/API web services
- Experience applying Agile Software Development practices
- Experience working with and around database technologies
- Experience writing Unit, Integration, Load, and End-to-End tests
- Experience with AWS
Nice to Have
- A B.S. in Computer Science
- Experience with UI frameworks
- Experience with container technologies
- Experience with streaming/messaging technologies
- Experience with Redis, ElasticCache, or MongoDB
