What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the development of effective marketing strategies that connect with our target audience at all levels
- Help to create persuasive marketing materials that captivate decision-makers and boost engagement
- Work closely with the marketing team; you’ll execute campaigns that differentiate our messaging from the competition
- This role offers the potential to advance into a Head of Marketing position, where you’ll oversee strategy, execution, and team leadership
What You Will Need
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing roles.
- Deep knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques.
- Expertise in crafting and refining messaging in collateral to engage various organizational levels effectively.
- A hands-on attitude, willing to actively contribute to the marketing team’s success.
- Ability to understand the purpose of marketing initiatives, even without a tech background, and engage in strategic discussions.
- Experience with prototyping tools like Figma or similar platforms.
- A strategic thinker with a focus on effective messaging rather than just design.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and executive teams.
- Track and analyze marketing performance to assess ROI and identify improvement opportunities.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Background in public relations and media communication
