What You Will Be Doing

Ensure all tasks align with company policies and standards.
Oversee project execution and maintain clear communication.
Drive the successful completion of key digital and web initiatives.
Manage projects to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Collaborate with regional leads and core teams across time zones for seamless global project execution.
Develop and refine project and procedure templates.
Serve as the primary bridge between IT and business teams.
Establish and monitor critical project timelines.
Maintain and update project documentation.
Foster strong relationships among stakeholders.
Collect, analyze, and report data regularly.
Facilitate interdepartmental communication and coordination.
Update and develop SOPs and work instructions.
Become a subject matter expert in project management tools.

What You Will Need

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience.
PMI certification is a plus.
Demonstrated success in managing technology, software, digital, and web projects.
Proficiency in project management tools is essential.
Experience delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
Keen attention to detail and ability to manage complex information.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse personalities and cultures.
Outstanding written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills.
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, ambiguity, and fast-paced change.
