What You Will Be Doing

  • Develops and enhances Workday system strategy to support business operations.
  • Manages system upgrades, provides user training, and communicates functionality changes.
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders to configure, test, and implement efficient solutions.
  • Engages with corporate teams, operations personnel, and vendors to identify automation needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Provides expertise on system capabilities and represents HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and other functions in system design and modifications.
  • Works with consultants and IT teams to implement necessary changes.
  • Addresses system-related issues and ensures smooth operation.
  • Maintains production schedules for reports, processes ad hoc requests, and drives governance efforts with key stakeholders.
  • Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy policies.
  • Maintains and updates online user manuals and job aids for personnel.
  • Assists users with data entry, identifies errors, and ensures adherence to IT service management processes.
  • Configures Workday based on business needs and supports comprehensive system testing.
  • Administers Workday functions, including security, business process configuration, tenant setup, and integrations.
  • Monitors data integrity, reviews input accuracy, and resolves system issues.
  • Manages user access security, ensuring appropriate permissions.
  • Trains new users on Workday modules and reporting tools while coordinating change communications.
  • Follows departmental processes to support internal controls and reports deficiencies to management.
  • Assists in creating and updating SOPs for Workday modules.
  • Conducts system audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Collaborates effectively with internal teams to achieve project and operational goals while delivering quality customer service.
  • Complies with attendance policies and performs additional duties as assigned by management.

 

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years working with various Workday modules, including HCM, Finance, Supply Chain, and Payroll, with configuration expertise.
  • Advanced proficiency in at least one Workday module, with a certification in that module, and a solid understanding of others.
  • Strong interpersonal and technical support abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential data with precision and integrity.
  • Adaptability to shifting business priorities.
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision and a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Deep understanding of information systems, with strong technical knowledge of Workday administration in HR or Finance.
