What You Will Be Doing

Refine and optimize complex software deployments.
Assess system needs, document requirements, and build tailored software solutions.
Evaluate feature requests and technical specs; implement and configure software to meet client goals.
Draft detailed specifications and test strategies.
Develop custom code and test datasets; update legacy code to align with new standards and run unit tests.
Build migration kits for QA, user testing, and rollout.
Conduct quality reviews and post-launch validation, resolving issues uncovered during testing.

What You Will Need

Bachelor’s degree in engineering required
5–7 years of relevant experience
Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software architecture
Proven track record in designing and developing large-scale systems
Skilled in debugging, unit testing, and maintaining both new and existing codebases
Hands-on programming expertise with a focus on issue analysis and resolution
