What You Will Be Doing

  • Collaborate with Vehicle Program Managers to map milestones and build phases affecting software release schedules and feature delivery.
  • Determine software components required for integration into upcoming vehicle builds on the assembly line.
  • Coordinate with Manufacturing Planning to align Factory milestones impacting software release timelines and feature rollout.
  • Partner with Engineering Leads and PMO to update Integration Release Plans according to the Digital Feature Roadmap.
  • Create, publish, and update Integration Release Plans across multiple programs, accounting for regional scopes and variant-specific dependencies.
  • Establish release management tools to oversee planned integration drops and bundled releases.
  • Conduct milestone reviews to support verification and validation team readiness for testing activities.
  • Notify Communications, PMO, Service, and Customer Care teams of OTA software deployment schedules.
  • Collaborate with ECU Leads to validate and approve ECU software updates for integration packages.
  • Lead weekly Integration Meetings to prioritize immediate release activities.
  • Configure OTA campaigns following established deployment processes and protocols.
  • Work closely with Verification, Validation, and Software Quality teams, alongside other key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Homologation teams to share OTA campaign plans and track validation and signoff progress.
  • Oversee the drafting, review, and publication of customer-facing release notes.
  • Conduct Release-to-Customer milestone reviews and launch OTA software updates post-approval.
  • Partner with the OTA team to monitor campaign deployment and address issues during rollout.
  • Support EE and End-of-Line (EOL) teams at assembly plants in updating EOL testing processes based on new software changes.

 

What You Will Need

  • 5+ years leading program or project management for large-scale systems development initiatives.
  • 8+ years in the design, development, and integration of complex embedded software and electronic systems.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering sophisticated electronic products to market.
  • Familiarity with software and hardware development lifecycles and methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience driving highly integrated software/hardware solutions from concept through production launch.
  • Skilled in coordinating, managing, and overseeing deliverables from third-party vendors and partners.
