What You Will Be Doing

  • Use product knowledge in Security, Virtual Private Networking (VPN), Routing, SD-WAN to provide technical expertise to partners and to the customer through technical presentations and product demonstrations
  • Design, build or operate network configuration prototypes, including network hardware, software, lead installing product evaluations, presenting/training at seminars and responding to RFP’s and RFI’s
  • Bring up Controller, Gateways and Orchestrators on Cloud Service Providers such as AWS, Azure and VMWare
  • Apply principles of computer networking and services to design, develop and test and evaluate networks
  • Work with engineering and customer support to assist with the troubleshooting of defects reported by customers or found during in-house release testing     

What You Will Need

  • BS in Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Highly knowledgeable of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), different VPN topologies, and Layer-3 routing
  • Familiarity with management protocols like SNMP, TACACS, RADIUS, DHCP etc
  • Should demonstrate ability to investigate and resolve network issues expeditiously
  • Innovative problem solving skills and great customer management skills   

Nice to Have

  • MS in Engineering a plus
  • Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) is a plus
