What You Will Be Doing

Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our financial software products, specifically focusing on trading and portfolio management
Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, business analysts, and development teams, to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product specifications
Define and prioritize product features, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives
Work closely with development teams to drive the implementation of new features and enhancements, ensuring high-quality delivery within defined timelines
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and continuous improvement
Act as a subject matter expert in trading, portfolio management, and finance, providing guidance and expertise to internal teams and clients
Engage with clients to understand their requirements, gather feedback, and incorporate it into the product development process
Monitor product performance and usage metrics, analyze data, and derive insights to inform product strategy and decision-making
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in trading, portfolio management, and finance

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Finance, or Business Administration
Proven experience as a Product Manager in the financial industry, with a focus on trading, portfolio management, or related domains
Strong understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and investment concepts
Solid technical background with the ability to effectively communicate with development teams and understand complex software solutions
Familiarity with financial software systems and technologies, such as order management systems (OMS), execution management systems (EMS), and portfolio management tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and make data-driven decisions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Relevant certifications in finance or product management (e.g., CFA, PMP) are a plus
