What You Will Be Doing

  • Create and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining top talent
  • Guide and support HR team members while fostering a positive, inclusive workplace
  • Partner with department heads to assess talent requirements and design effective recruitment and acquisition strategies
  • Create and manage employee onboarding, training, and development initiatives
  • Establish a performance management system to boost individual and team effectiveness
  • Address employee relations issues, promoting a collaborative and supportive environment
  • Supervise compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive market positioning and equity, and transition benefits management in-house from our PEO
  • Champion efforts to strengthen organizational culture in alignment with company values and goals
  • Lead change management initiatives to facilitate business growth and development
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development across all levels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and cooperation
  • Identify strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction

 

What You Will Need

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in relevant field
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in human resources
  • Previous success in enhancing operational efficiency and processes optimization
  • Experience in the tech/SaaS sector
  • Proficient in managing and nurturing a diverse and inclusive workforce
  • Experience in organizational development and talent management
  • Strong leadership and team management & motivational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Superior communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strategic thinker with solid business acumen
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting
