Job Title: Go-To-Market Engineer
Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional business and operational teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows and intelligent agents using enterprise automation platforms and large language model technologies
- Integrate AI agents into enterprise business systems, communication platforms, and operational workflows
- Translate ambiguous business needs into scalable automation solutions and production-ready workflows
- Develop reusable automation frameworks, documentation standards, testing procedures, and governance practices
- Build lightweight intake and discovery processes to continuously identify and prioritize new automation initiatives
- Document workflow logic, system dependencies, exception handling, and operational processes
- Collaborate closely with technical and operational stakeholders to ensure consistency, scalability, and maintainability across automation initiatives
- Establish quality assurance and deployment standards for AI-driven business workflows
Education & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise automation, systems integration, business systems engineering, operational tooling, or related environments
- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise workflow automation and integration platforms
- Experience building or integrating applications with LLM APIs including Anthropic, OpenAI, or equivalent technologies
- Strong understanding of modern enterprise business systems and operational workflows
- Experience working across enterprise SaaS platforms and GTM tools such as:
- Salesforce
- HubSpot or Marketo
- Clay
- Slack
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with minimal oversight
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead discovery conversations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience building scalable, production-grade workflows and integrations
Preferred Experience:
- Advanced certifications in enterprise automation platforms
- Familiarity with agent orchestration patterns and emerging AI workflow architectures
- Experience working within high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments
- Exposure to AI-enabled business process transformation initiatives
- Experience establishing automation governance, testing, and deployment standards
- Background supporting business operations, process automation, or enterprise systems initiatives
