Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager

As a strategic Account Manager, you will own relationships with complex enterprise customers and drive long-term growth through thoughtful partnership, value alignment, and expansion initiatives. This is a highly consultative role focused on helping customers unlock new use cases and maximize impact across departments and agencies.
You will play a key role in expanding adoption of an innovative analytics platform that leverages machine learning and natural language processing to surface actionable insights from large-scale public input data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across complex public sector organizations
- Lead quarterly and annual business reviews focused on long-term value creation and measurable outcomes
- Drive renewal strategy, contract negotiations, and pricing discussions
- Identify and develop expansion opportunities across departments, agencies, and new use cases
- Build account plans aligned to customer priorities, policy initiatives, and operational goals
- Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Business Development teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them leverage data to inform decision-making and improve outcomes
- Navigate multi-stakeholder environments with diverse priorities and procurement processes
- Maintain a strong understanding of customer challenges to inform product feedback and strategic direction
Education & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or related client-facing SaaS roles
- Proven experience managing complex enterprise or strategic accounts
- Demonstrated success driving renewals, upsell, and cross-sell revenue
- Experience navigating multi-threaded stakeholder environments
- Strong strategic planning, account mapping, and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and modern sales/customer success tools
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with public sector, government, or highly regulated industries
- Experience managing large enterprise accounts or significant books of business
- Familiarity with complex procurement or long sales cycles
- Experience collaborating closely with Customer Success, Product, and Sales stakeholders
- Exposure to expansion-focused revenue models
