Job Title: Enterprise Architect

This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the CIO, with direct influence on technology direction, investment decisions, and long-term architecture strategy. This is an opportunity to own enterprise architecture end-to-end, modernize legacy environments at scale, and see your work translate into real-world impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead enterprise architecture strategy across applications, data, infrastructure, security, and cloud
- Act as the primary architecture leader for major initiatives and system transformations
- Partner with executive leadership to shape technology roadmaps and investment decisions
- Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and scalable design patterns
- Lead the organization’s AI strategy, including responsible adoption and real-world use cases
- Drive alignment across teams to ensure consistent, future-proof solutions
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical, sustainable approaches
- Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps, documentation, and future-state planning
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture across multiple domains
- Proven ability to operate in complex, multi-system environments
- Experience driving modernization initiatives or large-scale transformations
- Strong understanding of systems integration, data architecture, and cloud platforms
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)
- Ability to communicate and influence at both technical and executive levels
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and drive outcomes
Preferred Experience
- Experience in structured or regulated environments
- Exposure to AI/ML technologies or governance frameworks
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional architecture initiatives
