This leadership role owns the enterprise architecture strategy, standards, and execution across applications, data, infrastructure, security, and cloud. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the CIO, with direct influence on technology direction, investment decisions, and long-term architecture strategy. This is an opportunity to own enterprise architecture end-to-end, modernize legacy environments at scale, and see your work translate into real-world impact.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead enterprise architecture strategy across applications, data, infrastructure, security, and cloud
  • Act as the primary architecture leader for major initiatives and system transformations
  • Partner with executive leadership to shape technology roadmaps and investment decisions
  • Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and scalable design patterns
  • Lead the organization’s AI strategy, including responsible adoption and real-world use cases
  • Drive alignment across teams to ensure consistent, future-proof solutions
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical, sustainable approaches
  • Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps, documentation, and future-state planning

 

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture across multiple domains
  • Proven ability to operate in complex, multi-system environments
  • Experience driving modernization initiatives or large-scale transformations
  • Strong understanding of systems integration, data architecture, and cloud platforms
  • Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)
  • Ability to communicate and influence at both technical and executive levels
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and drive outcomes

 

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in structured or regulated environments
  • Exposure to AI/ML technologies or governance frameworks
  • Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, etc.)
  • Experience leading cross-functional architecture initiatives
