Revenue Operations Manager — Boston, MA
Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasting models

Define and track KPIs across the revenue funnel (pipeline health, onboarding velocity, retention)

Manage and optimize CRM and revenue tools (HubSpot or comparable platforms)

Partner with leadership on quota models, territory planning, and compensation design

Oversee pipeline hygiene, lead routing, and data quality to ensure accurate reporting

Drive process improvements and lead change management initiatives across GTM functions

Create documentation and best practices to support scalable growth
Education & Qualifications:

3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role (B2B SaaS strongly preferred)

Strong CRM expertise, especially HubSpot, with proven ability to optimize systems and workflows

Experience building forecasts, dashboards, and GTM analytics from the ground up

Data-driven problem solver with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Experience:

Exposure to customer onboarding processes

Familiarity with CS tooling or legacy PM ecosystems (Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, monday.com, ClickUp)
