    Job Title: Senior Security Engineer

    Role Overview

    This is a highly impactful individual contributor role for a hands-on security engineer who thrives in cloud-native environments and wants ownership over security operations, cloud security architecture, automation, and incident response. The ideal candidate is deeply technical, comfortable operating autonomously, and excited about leveraging AI tooling to scale security operations and reduce manual effort.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own and strengthen the company’s AWS cloud security posture across IAM, networking, encryption, secrets management, and multi-account governance
    • Manage and optimize AWS-native security tooling including GuardDuty, Security Hub, CloudTrail, Config, Inspector, and related services
    • Design and review secure infrastructure patterns across Terraform, CloudFormation, and cloud-native deployments
    • Lead detection engineering, threat hunting, incident response, alert triage, and vulnerability remediation efforts
    • Operate and improve SIEM, SOAR, and endpoint security tooling environments
    • Drive Zero Trust initiatives and endpoint hardening across employee devices
    • Build automations, scripts, and internal tooling to streamline security operations and reduce repetitive manual work
    • Utilize AI coding assistants and automation platforms to accelerate security engineering workflows
    • Lead incident response activities including containment, forensic analysis, root cause analysis, and postmortem documentation
    • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Infrastructure, Product, Legal, and Privacy teams on secure system design and compliance initiatives
    • Support audit readiness efforts including SOC 2 and related security frameworks
    • Conduct third-party vendor security reviews and contribute to security awareness initiatives
    • Mentor engineering teams on secure coding, threat modeling, and security best practices

    Education & Qualifications:

    • 6+ years of hands-on experience in cloud security, infrastructure security, or security operations
    • Strong expertise securing AWS environments including IAM, VPCs, KMS, CloudTrail, GuardDuty, Security Hub, and multi-account architectures
    • Experience leading real-world security investigations and incident response processes
    • Strong scripting or software development capabilities in Python, Go, or similar languages
    • Experience building security automations and operational tooling
    • Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows and modern engineering productivity tooling
    • Strong understanding of security frameworks including NIST CSF, CIS Controls, OWASP, and MITRE ATT&CK
    • Experience implementing cloud-native monitoring and detection systems
    • Experience supporting compliance initiatives such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI, or similar
    • Hands-on experience with endpoint security tooling, EDR platforms, and device hardening

    Preferred Experience:

    • Experience with detection engineering and large-scale SOAR automation
    • Infrastructure-as-Code security experience with Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation
    • Container and Kubernetes security experience, particularly within EKS environments
    • Exposure to multi-cloud environments including GCP or Azure
    • Familiarity with AI/LLM security concepts and emerging AI security frameworks
    • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, OSCP, AWS Security Specialty, GCIH, or related credentials
    • Experience building internal security platforms, agent frameworks, or custom automation tooling
    • Contributions to open-source security or cloud infrastructure projects

    Job Title: Data Engineer (Healthcare AI Platform)

    Role Overview
    Join a growth-stage healthcare AI company focused on improving patient outcomes through predictive analytics and advanced data infrastructure. This organization is building an AI-driven clinical monitoring platform that leverages contactless sensing, machine learning, and real-time data pipelines to identify early indicators of clinical deterioration and reduce avoidable hospitalizations.

    In this highly impactful role, you will design and operate scalable data pipelines that power predictive models used by clinical teams across post-acute care environments. You will collaborate closely with ML engineers, backend engineers, and clinical stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant, and reliable healthcare data flows.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for ingesting healthcare data from EHR systems, hospital databases, and connected devices
    • Develop integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and change data capture (CDC) mechanisms
    • Transform, validate, and normalize clinical data before loading into data warehouse environments
    • Build and optimize schemas to support real-time application needs and downstream analytics workloads
    • Deploy and manage data pipelines in cloud environments, ensuring reliability and scalability
    • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for production data workflows

    Education & Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Backend Engineering, or related field
    • Strong proficiency in Python for data pipeline development
    • Advanced SQL skills with experience designing and optimizing relational schemas
    • Hands-on experience with MySQL, Snowflake, or similar data warehouse technologies
    • Experience building high-throughput data pipelines from ingestion through transformation and storage
    • Experience deploying production systems in AWS or similar cloud environments
    • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures
    • Experience working with sensitive or regulated data environments

    Preferred Experience:

    • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 or FHIR
    • Experience supporting machine learning or data science teams
    • Experience with workflow orchestration or streaming data platforms
    • Background in healthcare, clinical data systems, or medical device environments
    • Exposure to HIPAA compliance and healthcare security best practices
