  • Enterprise Architect (4643)

    Job Title: Enterprise Architect

    Role Overview

Shape the Future of a Complex, High-Impact Technology Environment. Join a highly impactful organization undergoing a large-scale technology modernization. This leadership role owns the enterprise architecture strategy, standards, and execution across applications, data, infrastructure, security, and cloud. You will play a critical role in transforming how technology supports the business, driving modernization, improving system interoperability, and enabling more efficient, scalable operations across a complex environment.

This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the CIO, with direct influence on technology direction, investment decisions, and long-term architecture strategy. This is an opportunity to own enterprise architecture end-to-end, modernize legacy environments at scale, and see your work translate into real-world impact.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Define and lead enterprise architecture strategy across applications, data, infrastructure, security, and cloud
    • Act as the primary architecture leader for major initiatives and system transformations
    • Partner with executive leadership to shape technology roadmaps and investment decisions
    • Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and scalable design patterns
    • Lead the organization’s AI strategy, including responsible adoption and real-world use cases
    • Drive alignment across teams to ensure consistent, future-proof solutions
    • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical, sustainable approaches
    • Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps, documentation, and future-state planning

    Education & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
    • 8+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture across multiple domains
    • Proven ability to operate in complex, multi-system environments
    • Experience driving modernization initiatives or large-scale transformations
    • Strong understanding of systems integration, data architecture, and cloud platforms
    • Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)
    • Ability to communicate and influence at both technical and executive levels
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and drive outcomes

    Preferred Experience

    • Experience in structured or regulated environments
    • Exposure to AI/ML technologies or governance frameworks
    • Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, etc.)
    • Experience leading cross-functional architecture initiatives

    Why This Opportunity

    • Opportunity to define and scale enterprise-wide architecture strategy
    • High-visibility leadership role influencing executive decision-making
    • True modernization mandate — evolve, not maintain legacy
    • Broad ownership across the full technology stack

    What Makes This Opportunity Attractive

    • Sustainable pace with structured, well-planned environment
    • Strong work-life balance with built-in schedule flexibility
    • Long-term stability + meaningful retirement upside
    • High-impact systems with real-world visibility

    Benefits and Perks

    • Salary: $150,000 – $190,000
    • Comprehensive healthcare coverage with flexible plan options
    • Retirement program with employer contributions
    • Generous PTO, holidays, and additional leave programs
    • Structured work schedule designed to support balance and productivity
    • Professional development and continued learning opportunities

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis now and in the future. This position does not offer sponsorship.
