    Role Overview
    A rapidly growing AI infrastructure and cloud automation platform is seeking a Solutions Architect to partner closely with enterprise customers across complex cloud and DevOps environments. This role sits at the intersection of pre-sales engineering, platform architecture, and AI-driven infrastructure automation, helping organizations modernize how they provision, govern, secure, and optimize cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate is highly technical, consultative, and comfortable engaging senior engineering leaders while translating complex infrastructure concepts into business value.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise prospects to understand current cloud infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering environments
    • Design scalable cloud architecture solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments
    • Build and deliver tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts showcasing AI-driven infrastructure automation capabilities
    • Present technical value propositions focused on operational efficiency, governance, developer productivity, reliability, and cost optimization
    • Support complex enterprise sales cycles by owning technical evaluations, architecture reviews, and security/compliance discussions
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, customer success, and delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation handoffs
    • Translate customer feedback and market insights into actionable recommendations for platform and product evolution
    • Guide enterprise stakeholders through modernization initiatives involving Infrastructure-as-Code, observability, CI/CD, and automation tooling
    • Develop documentation, solution architectures, and success metrics aligned to customer requirements

    Education & Qualifications:

    • 7+ years of experience in solutions architecture, pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or related infrastructure-focused roles
    • Deep hands-on expertise with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
    • Strong Infrastructure-as-Code experience using tools such as Terraform and Helm
    • Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market customers through technical evaluations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts
    • Strong understanding of DevOps, SRE, platform engineering, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and observability ecosystems
    • Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to both executive and engineering audiences
    • Experience designing secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud architectures
    • Strong presentation, whiteboarding, and customer-facing communication skills
    • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments

    Preferred Experience:

    • Experience with security and compliance frameworks such as CIS, NIST, FedRAMP, or HIPAA
    • Exposure to AI-driven infrastructure automation, AIOps, or intelligent DevOps tooling
    • Background supporting cloud-native infrastructure modernization initiatives
    • Familiarity with enterprise governance, compliance, and procurement processes
    • Experience integrating with modern observability and cloud-native tooling stacks
