Job Title: Sales Executive – Creator Economy Platform
Role Overview
This role is all about driving new business in the booming creator economy. You’ll join a rapidly scaling startup that is redefining digital monetization for creators, coaches, and entrepreneurs by giving them direct control over their audiences and revenue. Backed by proven operators with deep experience in tech, media, and performance marketing, this team is on a mission to build the next category-defining marketplace.
This is an on-site role based in Miami, Florida, where you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and immerse yourself in the energy of a fast-moving startup environment. Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage a high-volume sales pipeline from prospecting to close

Develop and execute creative outreach strategies to attract creators, coaches, and entrepreneurs

Educate prospects on platform value and guide them through onboarding

Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to decision-makers

Collaborate with product, growth, and marketing teams to refine positioning and drive adoption

Use CRM tools and analytics to track metrics, improve conversion, and optimize pipeline performance

Leverage feedback and data to shorten sales cycles and increase close rates

Contribute to a high-performance, metrics-driven sales culture
Education & Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in B2B or marketplace sales (SaaS, creator tools, or startup experience ideal)

Demonstrated ability to close new business and exceed quotas

Skilled at managing a large, fast-moving pipeline and prioritizing effectively

Comfortable engaging with creators, coaches, and entrepreneurs directly

Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with confidence in presenting solutions

Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven sales approaches

Adaptable, ambitious, and energized by the pace of a high-growth startup

Ability to work on-site 5 days per week in Miami, FL
Preferred Experience:

Background in SaaS, creator economy platforms, or digital marketplaces

Why Us:

Base Salary: Up to $75,000 per year

On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to $180,000 with uncapped commission
